Wow, the first ever Not Your Kids Book Fair in May was AMAZING! It far surpassed my wildest dreams and it was so amazing meeting so many new bookish friends and small business owners!

This event was so special for so many reasons and you guys really showed up. And not just for me, but for every small business and author in that room. This year has been a tough one for small businesses and one market like this can really make or break a business. I talked to so many business owners that told me that this was the best event they’ve ever had and after a hard year it’s given them hope and drive again and I relate so hard.

So to every single person that showed up not just in person but who shared our posts, told your friends and cheered us on, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support means I get to keep doing what I love and I know many other business owners felt the same. Now whose ready for ROUND TWO?!
